We want you to love everything you order from D’Glowup Organic Cosmetics. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong, defective, or damaged Products
- The product arrived defective or expired
- Initiate Refund within 48 hours after delivery
Refunds cannot be given for:

Opened or used Products
- Products removed from original packaging or missing labels
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email dglowupofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photo of the product and packaging
- Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement, or refund as needed
3. Non Damaged or correct Items
- Returns are not accepted for products without damage. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase
Note: Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.
